Ein Wochenende für euch Drei
An diesem Wochenende könnt Ihr als Paar innehalten und Euch auf Euren neuen Lebensabschnitt einstimmen.
Frei von Dogmatik besprechen wir alle Themen rund um das Elternwerden mit vielen Tipps und Tricks. Ihr erfahrt alles was Ihr braucht, um Euch optimal auf Eure Geburt und die Zeit danach vorzubereiten. Dabei steht immer im Vordergrund, dass Ihr die Vorgänge besser versteht, Unsicherheiten und Ängste abbaut und somit gestärkt und selbstbestimmt Entscheidungen für Euch und Euer Kind treffen könnt - Ihr habt mehr in der Hand, als Ihr denkt!
Dieser Kurs findet extra am Wochenende statt damit Eure PartnerInnen teilnehmen können, da gerade sie Euch mit den richtigen Informationen am allerbesten unterstützen können. Der Kurs ist auch für Paare geeignet, die bereits Kinder haben. Bitte nimm Kontakt auf, wenn Du aus organisatorischen Gründen alleine teilnehmen möchtest - wir werden sicher eine Lösung finden. Die Teilnahme ist ca. ab der 20. Schwangerschaftswoche sinnvoll.
Organisatorisches: Deine Kursgebühr rechne ich direkt mit Deiner Krankenkasse ab und die PartnerIngebühr beträgt 130€ (die meisten Kassen erstatten einen Großteil davon zurück). Der Gruppenkurs findet online statt, damit Ihr bequem von Eurer Couch aus teilnehmen könnt. Ihr erhaltet unbegrenzten Zugriff auf die umfangreiche Präsentation mit Checklisten, weiterführenden Links und Übungen. Falls nach dem Kurs noch Gesprächsbedarf oder Fragen bestehen, ist ein Online-Nachgespräch jederzeit möglich. Für den Kurs müsst ihr nichts bestimmtes vorbereiten oder zuhause haben.

A weekend for the three of you
On this weekend you can pause as a couple and get in the mood for your new phase of life.
Free of dogma, we will discuss all topics related to becoming parents with many tips and tricks. You will learn everything you need to prepare for your birth and the time after. The focus is always on helping you to better understand the processes, to reduce insecurities and fears, and to enable you to make empowered and self-determined decisions for you and your child - you have more in your hands than you think!
This course takes place on weekends so that your partners can participate, as they can support you best with the right information. The course is also suitable for couples who already have children. Please contact me if you would like to participate alone for organizational reasons - we will surely find a solution. Participation is useful from about the 20th week of pregnancy.
Organizational details: I will invoice your course fee directly to your health insurance company and the partner fee is 130€ (most insurance companies reimburse a large part of this). Please check with your health insurance company about the coverage of costs if you do not have health insurance in Germany. The group course takes place online, so you can participate from the comfort of your couch. Another advantage is that you can put yourself on 'mute' and the German-speaking partner can easily translate synchronously, since the course is held in German. This way, many bilingual couples participate in the course. If there are still questions after the course, an online follow-up conversation in English is always possible. You will have unlimited access to the extensive presentation (in German) with checklists, further links and exercises. You don't need to have anything specific prepared or at home for the course.
